Service Includes:

  • Full Body (Single Character): Double price (2x) for two characters.
  • Background: NO/simple
  • Quality: 400 DPI, 4K Print-ready resolution.
  • Formats: PNG + JPG.
  • Versions: Non-watermarked high-res files provided upon completion.
  • Turnaround Time: 7–10 working days.

Workflow:

  • Queueing: Up to 3 days waiting period after payment.
  • Sketch: Submitted within 3 days after the slot starts. (Full refund available if you are not satisfied with the sketch.)
  • Final Delivery: Completed within 7 days after sketch approval.
Note: One revision is allowed at each stage (Lineart → Flat Color → Final Render). Reverse revisions are not accepted.

Refund Policy:

  • Pre-Sketch Approval: 100% Refund.
  • Post-Flat Color: 20% Refund if unsatisfied.
  • Final Delivery: No refunds once the final work is delivered.
  • Artist Delay: 100% Refund if I cannot complete the commission within 30 days due to personal reasons.

Special Offers:

  • Promotional Discount: Clients who share the artwork on social media with a positive review/tag will enjoy price protection (no price increases) for one year.
  • VGen Bonus: Clients who commission via VGen and leave a 5-star review will enjoy price protection for 6 months.
  • Loyalty Reward: Clients with over 10 commissions will receive a free custom Meme illustration.

Usage Rights

  • Limited to individuals and Vtubers with fewer than 10,000 followers.
  • Commercial Use: 2x base price.
  • Full Buyout: 4x base price.
  • Credit Required: You must credit the author as @acatindoor.

✅ Allowed (Non-Commercial):

  • Personal social media avatars and banners.
  • Personal blogs/private displays (not used for product/service promotion).
  • Personal collections and desktop wallpapers.
  • Non-profit streaming (no sponsorships, no merch sales, no direct profit from the art).

❌ Commercial Use (Requires 2x Fee):

  • Direct Profit: Selling prints, postcards, posters, artbooks, apparel, charms, badges, or keychains.
  • Digital Sales: Selling digital wallpaper packs, digital artbooks, or paid avatar downloads.
  • Indirect Profit: Main visuals for corporate/brand websites, product packaging, and advertising (online/print/video).
  • Integrated Services: Using art for paid content (articles, member-only posts) or game assets (character sprites, CGs, backgrounds).

Full Buyout Rights (4x Fee):

  • Includes PSD source files + speedpaint process video.
  • Rights to modify, redistribute, and profit from the work.

Strictly Prohibited:

  • AI Training / NFT usage.
  • Unauthorized modifications or secondary reselling.
  • Deliberately hiding or removing the author’s name.

Terms of Service

GENERAL

  • The price is for illustration of existing character and costume designs. If you need a new costume design, the price will need to be negotiated separately.
  • The price for complex costume designs may vary, and the final price will be provided after the draft is confirmed.

PAYMENTS

  • After confirming the drawing date, please pay a 30% deposit.
  • Once the sketch is approved, please pay an additional 20%.
  • The remaining balance should be paid within 7 working days after the final artwork is completed.

REVISIONS

  • During the sketch, you get 3 consultation of revisions.
  • Once I start lining and colouring you get 1 more consultation of revisions, after this I charge 5% for each extra revision consult.
  • Please list all modification suggestions or indicate them in the example image I provided.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • To facilitate better work arrangements, please be sure to inform me of the final deadline for the project.
  • Depending on the work, The shortest turnaround time is 48 hours, and the longest is 7 days.
  • 24-hour rush orders are accepted with a fee of 3 times the regular price.
  • Time frames for deadline’s are counted from when payment was made.
  • The delivered files include only the final artwork in PNG and JPG formats, and do not include the PDF source file.

USE

  • Prohibited for use in: Resale, NFT, AI databases
  • Commercial use will incur an added fee of +200% of the commission price unless specified otherwise in the service description.
  • Commercial use includes: directly profiting from my work or using my work to promote your products or services on social media.
  • Personal use includes: posting on personal social media, DIY crafts or free distribution items, and personal virtual avatar design and use.
  • Virtual idols with fewer than 8K followers can commission me to create commercial-use artwork at the regular price. (The discounted price is valid for one year from the date of the first successful collaboration.)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • No using work for any monetary purposes unless the commercial use rights was agreed upon.
  • When using commissioned art for social media such as your profile pictures, banners, etc. Credit (@acatindoor) within description Is required.
  • Prohibited for use in: Resale, NFT, AI databases
  • Prohibited: Large-scale modifications, smudging, stitching, reselling, impersonating the original author, and similar actions.

REFUNDS

  • Once the commission begins, no refunds will be accepted for personal reasons from the client.
  • A 50% refund is available if you are not satisfied with the sketch.
  • Final artwork is non-refundable.
  • If the artwork cannot be completed due to personal reasons on my part, a full refund will be issued.

COMMUNICATION

  • After receiving the order, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the details of the work and the delivery date.
  • I hope to maintain good communication during the period from the start of the work to its completion. If any complex issues arise, I will assist in communication via live chat (please be sure to inform me if the images cannot be publicly shared in advance).
  • If I do not receive a response from you within a week, I will pause the work.
  • If I still do not receive any feedback within a month, I will terminate this commission, and it will be non-refundable.

Please provide as much detail as you can about your idea — including character appearance, mood, pose, and any visual references if available. Be specific about how you intend to use the artwork (personal, commercial, etc.). If you have a hard deadline, make sure to mention it clearly. The more information you share, the better I can tailor the final piece to match your vision.
